Eligible Criteria for Apply

Scheme Participation
Punjab-based colleges and universities are eligible to participate. Enrolment is open to both male and female students.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

1. Must be a resident of Punjab
2. Requires an active CNIC or B-Form
3. Must be enrolled in a recognized educational institution
4. Age Limit: 16 years and above
5.  Must possess a learner’s license for a motorbike or be eligible to obtain one

Application process for CM Punjab Free E-Bike Registration 2025

  Visit the Punjab Government’s E-Bike Scheme digital platform to begin registration.
• Create an Account
  Enter your CNIC/B-Form and mobile number to set up your user profile.
• Complete the Application
  Submit your academic information and  institutional contact details through the online form.
•  Upload Required Documents

2.  CNIC/B-Form
3. Proof of Academic Enrolment
4. Licence

• Verification Process
  Your application will go through a verification phase managed by your institute and authorized departments.
•  Notification of Approval
•  Selected students will receive bike allocation and approval alerts via SMS/email.

Government Subsidy & Payment Assistance for E-Bikes

Students can obtain e-bikes through a Punjab government subsidy that lowers the total purchase cost to RS. 20,000. The government supports the purchase of e-bikes through affordable monthly payments besides offering a RS. 20,000 subsidy for students.
